When do my points arrive?
As soon as your order is marked completed — normally once it's been delivered. They become spendable 7 days after that, which is our returns window.
Do orders placed as a guest earn points?
No. You need to be signed in to your account when you place the order. It's the one rule that keeps the programme fair for everyone.
How much can points take off one order?
Up to 50% of the product subtotal. If your basket is too small for the reward you've chosen, we'll tell you how much more to add rather than quietly giving you less.
Can I use a reward with another discount code?
No — one reward coupon per order, and it can't be combined with other coupons. Reward coupons are single use and valid for 30 days.
What if I return something?
If an order is refunded or cancelled, the points it earned are reversed. Partial refunds reverse a matching share.
Do my points ever run out?
No. Points don't expire, so there's no pressure to spend them before a deadline.
