RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

At Roze Skincare, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

⁠ ⁠Returns:
• Eligibility: We accept returns for skincare products that are unopened, unused, and undamaged, provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Opened or used skincare products.
• Items marked as “final sale.”
• Gift cards.

 ⁠Refunds:
• Process: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
• If you experience any skin concerns due to the product, you must provide a medical certificate stating the product was unsuitable for your skin, along with a photo. Once verified, your refund will be processed.
• Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect item was shipped), we will cover return shipping costs.

⁠Exchanges:
• Defective or Damaged Products: We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Email us at rozeskincaredubai@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions for sending the product back.
3. Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

Additional Information:
• Items returned without prior authorization or outside the 30-day return window will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect.
