Here comes the BASIC SKINCARE ROUTINE:

A basic skincare routine for men and women includes cleansing, toning, applying serum, and eye care to target specific concerns, followed by moisturizing for hydration. Sunscreen is essential to protect the skin from UV damage, This regimen ensures your skin stays healthy, radiant, and youthful.

Here is the step by step guide, how to use the skincare products effectively,

Cleanser

Start your day by washing your face with a gentle cleanser suited to your skin type. Gently massage the cleanser onto damp skin, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry with a clean towel.

Toner

After cleansing, pour a small amount of toner onto a cotton pad or into your palms and gently pat or swipe it across your face and neck. Toner helps to rebalance your skin’s pH levels and remove any leftover impurities.

Serum

Apply a few drops of your chosen serum onto your fingertips and gently press it into your skin, focusing on areas of concern such as fine lines, wrinkles, dark spots, or dehydration. Allow the serum to absorb fully before moving on to the next step.

Eye Care

Using your ring finger, dab a pea-sized amount of eye cream or gel around the orbital bone, avoiding direct contact with the eyes. Gently pat the product into the skin until fully absorbed. Eye cream helps to hydrate the delicate skin around the eyes and reduce the appearance of puffiness, dark circles, and fine lines.

Moisturizer

Apply a dime-sized amount of moisturizer evenly to your face and neck, massaging it in using gentle upward motions. Choose a moisturizer that suits your skin type, whether it’s lightweight for oily skin, rich for dry skin.

Sunscreen

Finish off your morning routine by generously applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher to all exposed skin, including your face, neck, and any other areas not covered by clothing. Reapply sunscreen every two hours if you’ll be spending extended time outdoors.
